We will answer your order via email within a week.

Before starting the design process we will give you a price estimate for your project, the estimate may change due design and material choices. We will always inform you if the estimate changes during the process.

After the design is done, we charge 50% of the final price to begin the production.

During the production, we invite you for a fitting to our studio at Järvenpää or Lahti.

If you can't get to Finland, we may make the fittings via mail. (if you choose this option you will have to pay the full price at the beginning and the postal fees will be added to the final price)

When the production is finished, we charge the remaining 50% of the total price before shipping the product.
